Terms and Conditions Accepted Before Payment

Introduction: This Terms and Conditions that must be accepted by the client before any payment is processed for services provided by Allmarketing. These terms ensure clarity and mutual understanding between the agency and its clients regarding payment expectations, obligations, and procedures.

1. Definitions

  • Client: The entity or individual purchasing services from Allmarketing.

  • Agency: Allmarketing, the service provider.

  • Services: Any digital marketing services provided by Allmarketing, including but not limited to Social Media Marketing, One Way Link Building, Website Optimization, Press Release Distribution, Customer Reviews Analysis, NAP Consistency Check and Newsletter Campaigns.

2. Agreement to Terms

  • By making a payment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions in full.

  • This agreement is binding upon acceptance and is governed by the laws of England & Wales.

3. Payment Terms

  • Upfront Payment Requirement: All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

  • Payment Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless specified otherwise.

  • Late Payment Fees: A late fee of 20% will be charged on invoices not paid within 7 days from the invoice date.

4. Invoicing

  • Invoice Issuance: Invoices will be issued via email to the address provided by the client.

  • Invoice Disputes: Any disputes regarding an invoice must be raised within 7 days of receipt. Failure to notify the agency of a dispute within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the invoice.

5. Service Delivery

  • Commencement of Services: Services will commence upon receipt of full payment.

  • Project Timeline: Any timelines provided are estimates and can be subject to change based on project requirements.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the agency and only in circumstances where services have not commenced or significant issues have been identified.

  • Cancellation Fees: In case of cancellation after the commencement of services, a cancellation fee may be applied as detailed in the contract.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information exchanged during the course of the service agreement.

8. Liability

  • The agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the provision of services.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
